The Vanilla Sky Project was born in 2013 from an idea Thorsten “Toddy“ Wälde had for many years. Working closely with his friend Robbie Schmittner, dreams became reality. The plan was simple. Teach enthusiastic, new cave divers the arts of exploration and explore. They trained divers in survey & cartography, taught them how to explore new cenotes, and what equipment to use during exploration. It was a success. The Vanilla Sky Team has already explored more than 40km of caves and unearthed hidden treasures.
Shot 100% on the HERO4® and HERO5® cameras Lighting by BigBlue dive lights.
