Basic Nitrox

Nitrox diving is for everyone. Scuba divers at all levels can learn how to handle enriched air.

The benefits of a higher percentage of oxygen are less fatigue, longer bottom times, shorter surface breaks, and more conservative dive planning. For these reasons, more and more divers are choosing to switch from normal air to oxygen-enriched air (Nitrox).
